Assistant Secretary (Administration): Candidate Should have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University / Institution.

Assistant Secretary (Academics): Candidate Should have Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subjects/areas. B.Ed. degree. NET/SLET or equivalent or Doctorate Degree.

Assistant Secretary (Skill Education): Candidate Should have Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.

Assistant Secretary (Training): Candidate Should have Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subjects/areas from a recognized University/Institute. B.Ed. degree from a recognized university/institute. NET/SLET or equivalent or Doctorate Degree.

Accounts Officer: Candidate Should have Bachelor’s degree of a recognised University/ Institution with Economics/ Commerce/ Accounts/ Finance/ Business Studies/ Cost Accounting as one of the subject.

Junior Engineer: Candidate Should have BE / B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering.

Junior Translation Officer: Candidate Should have Master’s Degree of a Recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Bachelor Degree Level.

Accountant: Candidate Should have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/ Institution with Economics/ Commerce/ Accounts/ Finance/ Business Studies/ Cost Accounting as one of the subject.

Junior Accountant: Candidate Should have 12th Class with Accountancy/Business Studies/ Economics/ Commerce/ Entrepreneurship/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Taxation/ Cost Accounting as one of the subject. AND A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer.
