LIC Assistant Administrative Officer Post Recruitment Details

LIC AAO Exam will be conducted in the following three stages: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Interview Process. In order to get selected for the post of Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) in Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) it is mandatory for every applicant to clear all levels of examination.

LIC AAO Selection Process

1. First Stage – LIC AAO Prelims Exam (Qualification).
2. Second Stage – LIC AAO Mains Exam (Scoring).
3. Third Stage – LIC AAO Interview / Personality Test (Scoring).

LIC AAO Prelims Exam Pattern

1. The exam will be conducted online and the duration will be 1 hour or 60 minutes (20 minutes for each section).
2. There are 3 sections, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. Each question carries 1 mark.
3. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks in the prelim exam.
4. LIC AAO Prelims are eligible.

LIC AAO Mains Exam Pattern 2023

1. Candidates appearing in the prelims will be shortlisted for the mains.
2. LIC AAO Mains Exam consists of Objective Test (300 Marks) and Descriptive Test (25 Marks).
3. Both the exams will be conducted online mode.
4. Descriptive examination will be by computer typing.
5. Each wrong answer will carry negative marking of ¼ mark.
