Age Limit

The candidates should have completed 18 years of age and should not have completed 35 years of age as on the date of this notification.

Educational Qualification

If you want to apply for the above posts you must have the following educational qualifications.
Section Officer: Candidate Should have A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognised Institute/ University.

Assistant: Candidate Should have Bachelor Degree from a recognized University / Institution.

Professional Assistant: Candidate Should have Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science from any recognised University /Institution.

Private Secretary: Candidate Should have A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Candidate Should have A Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Institute/University. English Typing @ 35 wpm OR Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm (35 wpm and 30 wpm correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 Key depressions for each work).

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Candidate Should have 10th Pass from a recognized Board. OR ITI Pass.

Statistical Assistant: Candidate Should have Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics OR Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with Statistics as one of the subjects OR Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Statistics as one of the subjects OR Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with Statistics as one of the subjects.

Stenographer: Candidate Should have A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognised Institute/ University. Proficiency in Stenography in English or Hindi with minimum speed of 80 wpm. Proficiency in Typing in English or Hindi with minimum speed of 35 / 30 wpm respectively.

Semi Professional Assistant: Candidate Should have Master’s Degree in Library Science and Information Science from any recognised University/Institution.

Junior Library Assistant: Candidate Should have Bachelor’s degree in Library & Information Science or equivalent from a recognized University. Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.

Library Attendant: Candidate Should have 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board. Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized Institution.

Application Fee

Candidates belonging to SC / ST Categories: Rs. 250/-.
Candidates belonging to PwBD & Women categories are exempted from payment of fees.
